The name Vine is derived from the person she venerates the most. The Dinagat Islands, the place where DJ Vine grew up, has Divine as their local hero. To boot, there is also a Biblical reason to it. Vine is being viewed as a sacred symbol in the Christian religion. It bears fruit, and thus, symbolizes bounty and big harvests. Grapes growing from a vine are symbolic of hard work, fruits of labor, vision and determination. It is also appraised as a symbol for life for ancient Sumerians.
